3. Add the Paypal account to your PSN account that you have created (in wallet Settings)
4. Once added, Click on this link :

Connect the account to your PS4, once the 14 days are over, delete the PSN Account from the PS4 an make a new one (using the same method)
(IMPORTANT) If you want to have PS Plus using your own (main) PSN account, you must activate the PSN account you created as primary, then sign out of the account, you will not need it anymore.
